Salon Policies

The Boardwalk Salon takes great pride in offering the ultimate salon and spa experience. In order to do so we have a few policies in place for the care of our guests and staff.

Referrals

We love referrals. As a thank you, we would love to give you a special add on treatment to your next service. Please ask your stylist for more information.

Service Adjustments

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service we would like to invite you back within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.

Cancelations

We understand that sometimes reservations need to be changed. Please provide at least 24 hours notice so that we may fill your appointment with another guest on our waiting list. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a no show fee listed below.

Credit Card Policy

We require a credit card on file for forgotten appointments. We understand that circumstances are sometimes unavoidable and a cancelation may be necessary. If you miss your appointment you will be charged half of the service fee up to $20. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment of the charges you will be receiving.

Methods Of Payments

We gladly accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gift Cards

Boardwalk Salon gift cards may be used to make purchases for services and products at any of our three locations. Boardwalk Salon, Bryan, TX, Boardwalk Salon, Cedar Park, TX, and Blo Out, Bryan TX. They cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire.

Returns

Products may be retuned or exchange within 7 days of purchase for store credit.
